TROUBLESHOOTING HYDRAULIC SYSTEMS (THS)

This training course helps students develop effective hydraulic system troubleshooting skills. This training course is 100% based on 25+ years of actual hydraulic system problems that AMT has witnessed and/or has been involved with their resolution. The classroom time emphasizes student’s response to the instructor’s situational questions. Students are encouraged, by their participation, to drive the classroom time from problem to solution. During the latter part of this course students will observe graphical motion data to evaluate the overall operation of a real hydraulic system. Hydraulic system schematics will be provided for all aspects of this course. Troubleshooting problems will be installed into test stand circuits for student lab work.
